我们给大家画一张图,一个企业的管理可能从大的方面讲有两个方面,一个方面是老板的素质,就是针对中小企业;第二方面针对企业的组织能力,老板的素质可能对企业的发展、企业的战略,包括企业的未来的蓝图和企业的商业模式进行一些规划和设计,而组织能力可能为了保障这个战略的目标实现,我们需要有一些保障,需要有一些底层架构的设计,老板的素质显然是一个关键点,也决定是一个重点,当然这两点缺一不可。各种各样的企业你会发现有各种各样的老板,有些老板高傲,有些老板谦卑,有些老板平和,因为诸如此类的老板构成了企业界的生态,各种各样的企业,五彩缤纷的企业,这个时候我们应该思索我们如何理解。
