台湾行政机构所辖“金融监督管理委员会”（下称“金管会”）4日公布“两岸特色金融”规划案，包括“一个主轴、四个层面、五大核心、十大亮点”，包括全面启动人民币业务等，“金管会”表示，十大亮点业务将在2年内全部完成。
