本报讯（记者吴倩）基金的销售渠道将大大拓展，受制银行的销售瓶颈或加快解决。证监会基金部主任王林日前在深圳透露，今年证监会在完善多元化、多层次的基金销售体系上作出诸多努力和尝试。目前证监会已经完成了《保险机构销售证券投资基金管理暂行规定》的制定，即将公开征求意见。

　　据了解，目前，银行作为基金销售的主渠道，处于绝对强势的地位。公募基金有相当一部分的管理费要以尾随佣金的方式支付给银行。根据好买基金研究中心数据统计，今年上半年基金共赚取管理费139.01亿元，基金付给销售机构的尾随佣金达22.60亿元，占管理费的16.26%。而有基金公司透露，近期销售最为火爆的短期理财基金向渠道所付的客户维护费会占到管理费的50%、60%。
