本报讯 根据联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD),中国在2012年上半年超越美国,成为全球外资直接投资的最大标的。

　　该机构在报告中称,中国在今年前六个月吸收了591亿美元外资直接投资(FDI),略低于上年同期的609亿美元。

The agency said in a report in,China in the first six months absorption $59.1 billion foreign direct investment(FDI),Slightly lower than the same period last year of 60.9 billion dollars.

　　美国在2012年上半年吸引了574亿美元投资，较上年同期减少39%。

The United States in the first half of 2012 attracted $57.4 billion investment,Over the same period decreased by 39%.

　　根据UNCTAD,美国在2011年吸引了2270亿美元FDI,中国则吸引了1160亿美元。

According to the UNCTAD,The United States in 2011 attracted $227 billion FDI,China has attracted 116 billion us dollars.

　　上半年FDI流入规模第三大的是香港地区的408亿美元。去年全年排名第三为比利时,总规模1020亿美元。

　　报告显示,今年上半年有半数的FDI流入新兴经济体,为首次与发达国家持平,但主要是因为流入美国和欧盟的FDI减少。报告称,今年上半年全球外资直接投资流动较上年同期减少8%至6680亿美元。（金霁）
