中国证监会投资者保护局局长熊伟日前表示，目前，投资者群体与资本市场发展存在着三个不匹配，因此，要努力推动投资者教育早日纳入国民教育体系，促进投资者群体素质的整体提升，并与资本市场的大国地位相匹配。

　　熊伟指出，从现阶段市场观察看，投资者群体与资本市场发展存在着三个不匹配：一是投资者的信心与我国经济基本面的发展形势不匹配；二是投资者结构与市场稳定运行的内在要求不匹配；三是投资者的预期与市场改革的时效进展不匹配。三个“不匹配”交织在一起，使市场波动和震荡幅度较大，暴涨暴跌不利于市场功能发挥，损失投资者利益，影响市场信心；快进快出的短期行为对循序渐进的各项改革缺乏耐心，也导致投资损失和信心下滑；还有市场的一些偏离客观实际的分析传言，甚至盲目唱衰看空的观点，导致市场投资气氛不足，进一步影响投资者的信心和判断。
