央行上海总部昨日公布的10月份沪上信贷运行情况显示，金融机构各项存款大幅回落，各项贷款增长机构变化明显，其中个人住房贷款增势放缓。

　　数据显示，10月份，上海市中资金融机构本外币存款减少780.4亿元，同比多减445.7亿元；外资银行新增本外币存款119.1亿元，同比少增211.5亿元。此外，上海全市单位定期存款明显大幅减少，环比和同比分别多减1487.1亿元和1086.4亿元。个人存款除定期存款同比多增以外，其他品种包括个人活期存款、通知存款和结构性存款均有所下降。
