　　23日，《浙江省温州市金融综合改革试验区实施方案》（以下简称《实施方案》）正式对外发布。《实施方案》要求，经过5年左右的努力，基本建成地方金融改革创新试验区、民间金融规范发展先行区、中小企业金融服务示范区。
