本报讯 中国社会科学院日前在京发布2012年《企业社会责任蓝皮书》。蓝皮书指出， 2012年，国有企业社会责任发展指数（40.9分）高于民营企业（15.2分）和外资企业（13.2分）。国有企业中，中央企业社会责任发展指数最高（45.5分），国有金融企业其次（39.5分），其他国有企业居于最后（23.6分）。

　　2010年以来，三类性质企业社会责任发展指数整体呈上升趋势，显示我国企业社会责任管理水平和社会责任信息披露水平不断提升。与2011年相比，国有企业社会责任指数年度增幅最大（2.8分），民营企业其次（1.9分），外资企业略有进步（0.6分）

　　蓝皮书指出，2012年，中国国有100强企业社会责任发展指数平均得分为40.9分，整体处于追赶者水平。分别有3家、21家、30家、19家和27家企业处于卓越者、领先者、追赶者、起步者和旁观者阶段。
