　　北京师范大学公司治理与企业发展研究中心9日发布《中国上市公司信息披露指数报告（2012）》及《中国上市公司企业家能力指数报告（2012）》。《信披指数报告》显示，上市公司的信息披露水平总体较高，但大部分公司仅满足于监管部门的强制性信息披露要求。《能力指数报告》显示，在选取的2011年共1939家上市公司中，仅3家公司的企业家能力评估合格，企业家能力亟待提升。

　　《信披指数报告》显示，中国上市公司的信息披露水平总体较高，不及格的公司仅7家，但大部分公司仅满足于监管部门的强制性信息披露要求，自愿披露信息的动力严重不足。国有控股公司在信息披露各方面表现突出，表明监管制度对信息披露水平具有正向作用。分行业看，金融保险行业的信息披露水平最高。

　　《企业家能力指数报告》指出，中国上市公司企业家能力指数的数据分布为正偏态，企业家能力水平整体偏低，及格率仅为0.15%，提升空间非常大。分地区看，仅东部地区上市公司的企业家能力指数均值高于总体均值。分行业看，企业家能力指数最大值出现在金融保险业。分所有制看，企业家能力指数最大值出现在国有参股公司中。分上市板块看，中小企业板和创业板的企业家能力指数高于总体均值。
