经过近半年的筹备，亚洲金融合作联盟旗下风险合作基金昨日正式成立，目前已有包括民生银行(600016,股吧)、包商银行、哈尔滨银行在内的23家会员金融机构参与认购，认购金额共计30亿，该基金将用于成员单位的风险救助。
