　　上海市委常委、副市长屠光绍日前在会见香港金融管理局、香港银行公会代表团提出，希望进一步加强沪港在金融领域的合作，促进两地经济的共同繁荣。

　　他指出，未来，上海还将继续积极落实中央要求，加大开放力度，优化金融发展环境、增强上海国际金融中心的“软实力”。在关于“软实力”建设方面，屠光绍特别指出，需要加强国际金融中心法治环境、信用环境等方面的建设。在这一过程中，上海应学习借鉴香港经验。
