　　香港财政司司长曾俊华30日在其博客撰文称，香港自回归以来的政府开支增加超过一倍，如果香港经济不能持续发展，到时除了要加税外可能还要不断发债。

　　据悉，曾俊华正在准备新上任的香港特区政府首份财政预算案。曾俊华强调，香港的传统支柱产业之所以能够成为“支柱”，是因为其有很好的竞争力，在过去十多年，这些产业的增长较同期香港整体经济的增速更快。所以，他建议在发展新兴产业的同时，更应该着力发挥传统支柱产业的优势，寻找香港新的经济增长点。他同时表示，香港应该支持新兴产业发展，让年轻人有更多的选择。他特别指出，创意产业已经占香港本地生产总值4.5%的比重，有望成为香港新的支柱产业。
