本报讯 上周六，由万德利财富管理学院主办的“中国财富论坛”在广州举办。来自全国的多位专家学者对我国经济领域相关话题进行了探讨。北京大学金融与证券研究中心主任曹凤岐认为，只有金融改革成功，才能够使整个改革成功。银河证券董事总经理、首席总裁顾问左小蕾预计中国2013年增长水平在7.5%到8%之间。全国工商联副秘书长王忠明说，如果能够深入改革，中国更多民营企业肯定能跻身世界五百强。

　　在当天的论坛上，曹凤岐表示，只有金融改革成功，才能够使整个改革成功。眼下金融改革要怎么改？他认为，要从以下三个方面进行金融改革：一是打破金融垄断，发展合作金融、民间金融。二是要进一步改革融资体系和融资方式，改革大型国有企业的管理体系，发展中小企业和促使民营企业转型。三是利率必须要市场化。在资本市场方面，曹凤岐认为，“资本市场本来就是投资者的市场，中国资本市场最大的问题是缺乏保护投资者的机制和制度，搞好市场必须从机制和制度上保护投资者。”
