　　2013年首月我国实际使用外资金额为92.7亿美元，同比下降7.3%，这是自去年5月以来，我国利用外资连续第8个月同比负增长。观察人士认为，FDI“八连降”反映了当前我国利用外资的国际和国内环境正在发生深刻变化，未来FDI将呈现稳中缓降的趋势。但我国利用外资的优势仍然存在，利用外资领域仍有拓展空间，FDI将出现结构性调整格局。
