根据国家发改委通知要求，今日银行卡刷卡手续费新标准将正式实施。

　　除了房产、汽车及批发类商户的刷卡封顶费上调外，其他刷卡手续费基本全线下调，当中餐娱类(包括餐饮、宾馆、娱乐、珠宝金饰、工艺美术品、房地产及汽车销售)整体费率由2%下调至1.25%，降幅达37.5%。一般类(包括百货、批发、社会培训、中介服务、旅行社及景区门票等)整体费率调整为0.78%。民生类(主要包括超市、大型仓储式卖场、水电煤气缴费、加油、交通运输售票)整体费率调整为0.38%。

　　有业内人士指出，下调刷卡手续费，会直接对银行中间业务利润造成影响，发卡行的佣金收入可能减少逾30%，仅四大国有银行的银行卡手续费收入一年可能减少60亿元人民币。
