香港上海汇丰银行有限公司近日宣布，任命黄碧娟为汇丰银行（中国）有限公司副董事长。该项任命已获得监管机构批准并生效。作为副董事长，黄碧娟将进一步协助董事长领导董事会开展工作。在获得新任命的同时，黄碧娟亦将继续担任汇丰中国行长兼行政总裁。

Vice chairman of the board of directors.The appointment has won regulatory approval and take effect.As vice chairman of the board of directors,Huang Bijuan will further assist the chairman led board in work.With the newly appointed at the same time,Huang Bijuan will continue as HSBC China President and chief executive.
