　　和讯网消息 4月27日，国务院发展研究中心副主任侯云春在第九届中国金融专家年会上致辞时表示，近几年全球新增货币的一半都在中国，金融风险正在累积。

　　社会上活跃着如此大量的资金，其背后的风险究竟有多大？侯云春引用野村证券的研究报告指出，根据发达国家的经验教训，如果信贷规模与GDP之比在5年内增幅超过30%，就会发生金融危机，而中国已经从2008年的121%增长到2012年的155%，已经超过了30%的警戒线。
