日前，浙江省富阳市首次拿出7个乡镇(街道)党政领导班子副职职位面向大学生村官公开选拔。大学生村官只要任满3年且近3年内任村(社区)“两委”成员满1年、年龄在32周岁以下、全日制大学本科以上学历即可报考。此次公开选拔将根据个人经历业绩评价分10%、笔试成绩30%、面试成绩60%的比例确定每个面试人员的综合成绩。每个职位根据综合成绩的排名，从高分到低分以1∶3的比例确定考察人选。在考察过程中，突出德的考核，同时，注重工作实绩和群众公认。届时，富阳市25个乡镇(街道)中近三成至少有1名党政领导班子成员有大学生村官工作经历。
