　　中国证券业协会日前正式出版发行其组织编撰的《中国证券业发展报告（2012）》，截至2011年12月底，全国共有证券公司109家，与2010年相比，增加了3家。经纪、承销保荐及财务顾问业务依然是证券公司主要收入来源，所占比重分别为51%和18%。从统计数据来看，证券行业收入结构正在逐步优化，传统上作为证券公司收入来源支柱的经纪业务占比逐步下降。 （鲍仁）
