　　在全球经济放缓、中国经济转型的大背景下，新兴企业对于经济前景有何判断？安永昨日发布的对其“2012安永复旦中国最具潜力企业评选”获奖企业的CEO所做的调查显示，受访企业对于全球经济的未来展望仍持较为乐观的态度。

　　调查显示，54%的企业认为全球经济仍将维持增长或稳定，还没有坠入衰退的深渊，另外46%认为目前的低迷只是暂时的。尽管企业家们对未来保持乐观，但企业的经营仍然面临着经济环境压力和挑战。调查显示，人力成本上升成为影响企业发展前景的最大消极因素，其次为政策变化以及融资成本。

　　调查发现，在此次获奖的15家新兴企业中，上海有喜实业、上海韵达货运、东莞智高文具等多家企业有在未来几年上市的计划。对此，复旦管理学院教授李若山对《第一财经日报》记者表示：“上市一定是一把双刃剑，上市未必对所有的企业都是好事情。总体上利大于弊。一是通过资本市场上市以后能够使企业在后期加速发展；二是一旦成为公众公司，在治理结构、内控和国家对其要求来说比企业自己野蛮生产好得多。”
