　　“新成品油定价机制的推出已没有什么障碍，预计应该快了。”发改委能源研究所一位权威专家昨天在接受本报记者采访时表示，国内成品油价早晚与国际接轨。随着节能环保的要求越来越高，机制改革也越来越迫切。

　　中石化董事长傅成玉此前在接受本报记者采访时也表示，在成品油定价机制中，价格及时上调是趋势，市场化则是取向。最近这次成品油价及时上调与上述市场化的方向是趋近的，目前已是部分市场化，完全市场化是时间问题。
