　　今天是上轮成品油调价后的第22个工作日，意味着调价的时间周期条件已经满足，只要三地原油变化率再满足突破4%这一条件，新一轮成品油调价“窗口”又将打开。但业内机构表示，因国际油价跌幅不够，预计本月内很难满足调价条件。另一方面，当前国际油价持续弱势也为成品油定价机制完善改革创造了条件。
