中国人民大学财政金融学院副院长赵锡军昨日在国际金融论坛专题会议中表示，下一阶段，中国资本市场应该有三个方面的考虑：第一、更多地服务于“从计划到以市场为主体”的转变。第二、促进经济的转型和可持续的发展。第三、上市公司承担社会责任问题。
