　　本报讯 清华大学经济管理学院院长钱颖一表示，中国现在的市场框架是1994年建立，财税体制、金融体制、产权体制，社保体制等等，但新的体制需要不断地改善。

　　钱颖一表示，中国经济增长潜力面临几个结构扭曲的不利因素。投资、消费、投资结构、消费结构、出口、服务业等等，２００８年以后为了保增长，结果使得结构的调整推迟了时间，甚至加剧了扭曲。结构扭曲的背后是体制制度的扭曲。
