　　重庆市常务副市长马正其在昨日召开的全市金融工作会议上提出，重庆金融业未来五年发展的总体目标是，到2017年基本建成以金融结算为特征的长江上游区域性金融中心，金融业增加值占GDP的比重达到10%。
