本报讯（记者周宇）昨天市发改委发布通知，决定今天起调整本市出租车燃油附加费标准，乘坐距离超过3公里的乘客燃油附加费标准由2元每次调整为3元每次。

　　近日，国家发改委根据国际市场油价变化情况和国内成品油价格形成机制，将汽油价格每吨提高300元，本市92号汽油价格涨至8.05元/升。

　　市发改委昨天表示，为有效疏导油价上涨对本市出租车行业的影响，经市政府批准，今天起，本市调整出租车燃油附加费标准，乘坐距离超过3公里的乘客燃油附加费标准由2.00元/运次调整为3.00元/运次，乘坐距离在3公里以内的乘客不收取燃油附加费。

　　去年3月，93号汽油（现92号汽油）价格由7.85元/升上调至8.33元/升，燃油附加费由2元涨为3元。

　　根据市发改委2009年11月16日下发的《关于完善出租汽车行业联动机制的通知》，本市93号汽油（即现在的92号汽油）价格在4.26元/升(不含)至6.20元/升(含)区间变动时，由政府与企业向出租车驾驶员发放临时燃油补贴，承担油价变动影响。油价在6.50元/升(不含)至7.10元/升(含)区间时，在由政府和企业向出租车驾驶员发放临时燃油补贴的基础上，加收乘距超过基价公里(3公里)乘客1.00元/运次的燃油附加费。当油价跌至6.50元/升以下，取消燃油附加费。油价超过7.10元/升时，按照程序研究调整租价，租价调整后取消燃油附加费。
