本报讯　日前，上海市金融发展服务中心假座上海财经大学金融家俱乐部举办了“文化与新领导力”沙龙第一期，特邀央视《百家讲坛》主讲人、中国孔子基金会学术委员会委员鲍鹏山以“中国文化与现代社会精神”为题作了演讲。上海财经大学副校长、商学院院长孙铮教授和上海市金融发展服务中心主任赵彪出席沙龙并致辞，上财商学院副院长骆玉鼎担任主持嘉宾。

　　鲍鹏山为各位金融家着重解析了人类文明生存的两大问题：道德与制度。“道德用来约束自己，制度用来保护自己。应该用制度来保护道德。”在探讨为什么要实行道德时，鲍鹏山强调，道德不能建立在“好人有好报”的基础上，因为“好人并非必有好报”，他指出：“道德的好处并不是保证成功，而是让你成人。”

　　道德行为不能以利益追求为目的，没有利益的承诺又不能导致普遍的道德行为，在如此道德悖论下，中西方文化提出了不同的解决方法。鲍鹏山分析道，西方用宗教和上帝为人类许诺“天堂”，而中国用史官许诺“不朽”。“上帝的方法彻底而纯粹，而史官的方法不够彻底。因为让人永垂不朽毕竟是代替品，不能被所有人认可。”所以，孟子确立“人性善”，认为从人性出发，我们一样可以获得崇高与尊严，实现道德的自我完善。

　　就人性的善恶，鲍鹏山紧接着展开对“制度”这一问题的探讨。西方相信人性恶，用分权思想解决政治体制问题；中国相信人性善，用仁政王道解决制度问题。“然而，如何保证君主及各级代理人的道德？”鲍鹏山先后分析墨子、董仲舒及孟子的理论，给出中国古代思想家的答案通过“天在看”、“鬼在侧”以及“革命”对权力进行监督和制约。
