　　5月10日，云南大学和社会科学文献出版社举办云南蓝皮书、印度蓝皮书、缅甸蓝皮书发布会。与会专家认为，印度是当代崛起中的大国，也是我国最重要的西南邻国和面向和平与繁荣的战略伙伴。“邻居是不能选择的，但是与邻居相处的方法是可以选择的。”中国改革开放论坛战略研究中心常务副主任李加力如是表示。

　　在经济上，印度遭遇近9年来最为严重的增长困境，宏观经济形势不稳，经济增长速度下降，各季度的国内生产总值增长率持续下滑，年增长率仅为6.9%，中央政府的财政目标难以实现。在经济增长率下降的同时，通货膨胀持续攀高，卢比连续贬值，外贸逆差居高不下。

　　缅甸蓝皮书主编、云南大学缅甸研究生主任李晨阳在接受记者采访时表示，缅甸不可能与中国走得太远，中缅之间的经贸合作还将有巨大的空间。“中国企业尤其是大型国企进入缅甸要加强协调和管理，不能一窝蜂地涌入缅甸，要有序进行投资。”李晨阳建议。
