北京时间5月22日凌晨消息，欧盟贸易事务专员和美国贸易代表办公室周二分别表示，不会在和中国之间就结束太阳能电池面板等产品在各自市场进行倾销方面的争议中进行协作谈判。

Karel DE gucht, in response to an interview with Reuters have similar expressions.He pointed out that,"We have a similar problem,But we could not find a template to the same solution.We haven't consulted each other's opinions on this issue."

　　欧盟在本月早些时候同意对来自中国的太阳能面板产品征收惩罚性进口税。不过正式的关税决定只有在6月6日的欧盟官方公报发布之后才会生效。

The European Union earlier this month agreed to impose punitive import duties on solar panels from China.But formal tariff decision only in the June 6 of the European Union's official communique will only take effect after the release.
