环保部近日致函13个经济综合部门，建议针对《环境保护综合名录(2012年版)》(简称“新名录”)的有关产品、工艺、设备，制定针对性的经济政策、监管政策，鼓励企业采用环境友好工艺、环境保护专用设备，并遏制“高污染、高环境风险”产品(简称“双高”产品)的生产、使用和出口，促进技术进步和产业结构升级。《经济参考报(微博)》记者独家获悉，相关文件涉及化工、染料、涂料、农药、无机盐、制药、有色、焦化、炼焦、纺织、冶金、矿业、轻工、建材等14个行业，包括敌敌畏、沥青、味精、成品皮革、管式铅蓄电池、平板玻璃、黄连素、抗生素等多种常用生产品和消费品。
