鉴于紧固件行业目前发展面临困境，中国机械工业联合会向主管部门提出将紧固件行业出口退税率从目前的5%上调至13%的建议。据悉，这个建议是不久前在工信部组织的2012年前三季度行业运行形势分析座谈会上提出。
