欧盟近来屡屡对华挥舞贸易大棒，其贸易机构更是不断对中企发难。英国BBC网站5月20日报道称，欧盟贸易专员德古赫特(Karel De Gucht)近日声称，中国不能在全球贸易中扮演“搭便车”的角色，必须承担起自己在全球贸易体系中“应负的责任”。
