本报讯 来自中国、美国和俄罗斯的三家独立评级机构，24日在北京宣布联合成立世界信用评级集团，致力于推进国际评级体系改革，建设独立的国际评级监管体系，通过向世界提供公正的评级信息，推动世界经济复苏，并力争用五年时间实现建立统一的国际评级标准等四大目标。
