财政部和国家税务总局日前调整出口退税政策，将部分出口货物由征税调整为免税。在旧政策中，出口企业未在规定期限内申报退税，或虽已申报退税但未在规定期限内向税务机关补齐有关凭证等，按规定不予退税，须按内销征税。
