　　AIAG供应链总监指出，国内汽车出口企业在将产品运到美国之前，必须提交一份完整的供应链审核报告，而这份报告的侧重点就在于从供应链的起始端开始，一直覆盖到各个分布的终端，整个过程都必须严格遵循C-TPAT的规定。也就是说，在供应链的各个环节中，出口企业针对过程中的合作伙伴、货箱及拖车的安全保障、实物靠近许可、个人安全保障、流程安全保障、实物安全保障、IT安全保障以及对工作人员反恐意识的培养都必须有着完整的体系，而这份体系必须达到C-TPAT的要求。这样一个全面体系的建立，其难度是可想而知。虽然，一些诸如克莱斯勒、通用、本田、丰田等大企业都已对C-TPAT展开了各自的应对措施。但是，各自为营的结果无疑是一系列重复的劳动以及对资源的浪费。
