　　阿塞拜疆电力公司总经理Ali Baharivand 表示，Parsabad第四条输电线完成后，伊朗将促进对邻近国家电力出口。

According to the agreement，Iran will from August 10 day to Syria and Lebanon export power。Syria will import Iranian power by Iraq。
