日前，商务部、工业和信息化部、海关总署、质检总局、国家认监委联合发布《关于进一步规范汽车和摩托车产品出口秩序的通知》(以下简称《通知》)，整顿规范汽车、摩托车出口秩序。

　　《通知》决定对汽车和摩托车、全地形车的生产企业实行出口资质管理，对出口经营企业实行生产企业授权经营管理，并对生产企业授权实行分类管理。未来我国出口企业必须具备的条件为：汽车、摩托车生产企业应列入工业和信息化部 《车辆生产企业及产品公告》；具备有效的国家强制性产品认证(CCC认证)，低速汽车生产企业应列入工业和信息化部《车辆生产企业及产品公告》。

　　申请出口资质的汽车生产企业被分为五类。第一类及第四类可授权出口营业企业；对于未建有境外售后维修服务网点的汽车生产企业，列为五类企业，自2014年起只允许自营出口。虽然去年以来中国国内车市增速放缓，但中国汽车的出口却大幅增长。去年以来国内汽车出口增速超40%。商务部机电与科技产业司副司长支陆逊日前表示，今年中国汽车出口将达到100万辆。
