记者昨日从珠海市科工贸信局获悉，《珠海市出口退税质押贷款贴息资金管理办法》已于近日开始实施。办法规定，市财政将对符合条件的外贸企业出口退税质押贷款利息给予贴息支持，最高资助额度可达50万元人民币。

　　据了解，上述政策旨在解决珠海市外贸企业出口退税滞后问题，支持和促进全市外贸出口。根据规定，外贸企业申请贷款贴息须同时符合以下两个条件，一是年出口额在50万美元以上；二是在2012年1月1日至2012年12月31日期间，以其应收而未收的出口退税单作为贷款质押，向商业银行申请流动资金贷款，并于2012年1月1日至2012年12月31日期间支付了出口退税质押贷款利息。
