中国煤炭工业协会近日发布了前10个月的煤炭经济运行情况，预计2012年煤炭产量为37.5亿吨，煤炭净进口量将达2.5亿吨。中国煤炭工业协会会长王显政对相关情况作了介绍，并对做好当前煤炭经济运行工作提出了要求。

　　煤炭企业经营出现困难，个别企业已经出现贷款发工资和拖欠职工工资现象。初步统计，前10个月，全国大型煤炭企业补贴后实现利润同比下降20.07%；中国煤炭工业协会统计的90家大型煤炭企业中，亏损企业达到15家；截至10月末，全国大型煤炭企业应收账款净额2086.3亿元，同比增长43.37%。多数企业回款中承兑汇票比率超过50%，炼焦煤企业货款回收承兑汇票比率超过70%，企业现金流趋紧。

　　王显政指出，目前全国煤炭市场供求相对宽松的态势几成定局，明年上半年不会有好转。既要看到当前煤炭市场供求宽松的态势，又要看到我国仍处于工业化、城镇化、农业现代化发展的进程中，煤炭需求将保持适度增长，长期总量不足的问题依然突出。按照十八大提出的到2020年实现“两个翻一番”的奋斗目标，初步测算，到2020年，全国煤炭需求总量在48亿吨到53亿吨之间。
