海协会常务副会长郑立中11日在广州举行的两岸经济合作委员会第四次例会上透露，经过多次沟通，两岸服务贸易协议文本已大体完成，有信心年底完成服务贸易协议的商谈，并争取尽早签署协议。

　　郑立中透露，两岸经贸团体互设机构已完成审批程序，即将挂牌运行。郑立中表示，在当前严峻经济形势下，两岸需要同舟共济，共克时艰，充分利用各项政策措施，不断拓宽合作领域，提高合作层次，通过深化两岸经济合作，实现互利共荣；两岸需要加强合作，优势互补，实现大陆资源和市场优势，以及台湾管理优势的有效结合，通过优化资源配置，实现共同发展；两岸需要扩大开放，减少限制，采取更为积极有效的措施，在大陆积极支持台资企业转型升级，积极开拓内需市场的同时，台湾需持续优化投资环境，减少投资限制，引导大陆企业积极入岛投资。
