泰国政府一位高级官员周三表示，全球最大的三个产胶国已同意维持减少橡胶出口的政策不变，但觉得没有必要采取额外措施支撑胶价。

The government of Thailand, a senior official said on Wednesday,The world's largest three production glue kingdom has agreed to maintain reduce rubber export policy unchanged,But do not feel the need to take additional measures to support rubber price.

　　目前橡胶价格还不到2011年2月所及纪录高点的一半。为支撑胶价，泰国，印尼和马来西亚8月同意将橡胶出口减少30万吨。他们开始从10月1日起减少橡胶出口，计划实施至明年3月底。

At present the rubber price is less than in February 2011 and half of the record high.For support rubber price,Thailand,Indonesia and Malaysia August agreed to reduce rubber export 300000 tons.They start from October 1 to reduce rubber export,Plan to the end of march next year.

　　“目前阶段我们没有任何新措施。然而，我们将继续按计划减少出口。”泰国橡胶种植援助基金办公室主管Wit Pratuckjai说。

"At the present stage we don't have any new measures.however,We will continue to reduce exports as planned."Thailand rubber planting aid fund office director Wit Pratuckjai said.
