根据越南统计总局最新统计，2012年全年越南出口总额约为1146亿美元，同比增长18.3%；同时进口额约为1143亿美元，同比增长7.1%。全年实现贸易顺差约2.84亿美元，而2011年越南贸易逆差近100亿美元。
