商务部28日公布2013年稀土出口企业名单和第一批出口配额，江西省赣县红金稀土有限公司、赣州虔东稀土集团股份有限公司、赣州晨光稀土新材料股份有限公司、江西稀有稀土金属钨业集团进出口有限公司4家企业榜上有名，共获2013年首批轻、中重稀土出口配额为1766吨。明年全国首批轻、中重稀土出口配额合计约为1.55万吨。

　　公告称，2013年第一批稀土出口配额下达数量主要参照各企业2010年至2012年1至10月的出口数量、出口金额进行计算。第一批下达数量约为2012年配额总量的50%。
