据海关统计数据显示，1-6月我国进口天然橡胶98.6万吨，比去年同期（下同）增加12.8%；价值34.2亿美元，下降17.6%；进口平均价格为每吨3465美元，下跌27%。上半年我国天然橡胶进口的主要特点：

　　（一）6月份当月进口量明显回落，进口均价连续7个月同比下跌。今年1季度，我国天然橡胶进口量持续回升，3月份以19.2万吨的规模达到年内最高；4月份后进口量震荡回落，6月份当月降至16.3万吨，同比增加50.7%，环比下降7.1%。与此同时，2011年5月份以来，天然橡胶进口均价步入下行通道，今年2月份降至每吨3199美元，为2010年11月份以来的低点；3月份后进口均价连续3个月小幅上扬，5月份升至每吨3655美元，但6月份当月再度下跌每吨3436美元，同比下跌25.5%，环比下跌6%。目前为止，单月同比增速连续7个月表现为负增长。

　　（二）加工贸易占近5成，海关特殊监管区域物流货物方式小幅增加。今年上半年，我国以加工贸易方式进口天然橡胶49万吨，增加14.9%，占同期我国天然橡胶进口总量的49.7%。同期，以海关特殊监管区域物流货物方式进口29.2万吨，增加6.2%，占29.6%；以一般贸易方式进口17.1万吨，增加23.5%，占17.3%。

　　（三）绝大部分自东盟进口，自越南进口大幅增长。今年上半年，我国自东盟进口天然橡胶97.6万吨，增加14.8%，占同期我国天然橡胶进口总量的99%。其中，自泰国进口55.8万吨，增加28.8%；自印尼和马来西亚分别进口19.4万吨和14.1万吨，分别减少0.6%和17.7%；自越南进口6.1万吨，激增1.1倍。

　　（四）私营企业逾4成，国有企业增速显著。今年上半年，我国私营企业进口天然橡胶40.7万吨，增加16.9%，占同期我国天然橡胶进口总量的41.3%。同期，外商投资企业进口31.4万吨，增加0.4%，占31.9%。此外，国有企业进口20.1万吨，增加27.2%，占20.4%。

　　（五）山东省进口量居首。今年上半年，我国山东省进天然橡胶52.4万吨，增加17.4%，占同期我国天然橡胶进口总量的53.2%。同期，上海进口7.7万吨，增加7.2%，占7.8%；江苏进口6.8万吨，增加1.7%，占6.9%。
