中国人民银行授权中国外汇交易中心公布，2012年9月19日银行间外汇市场人民币汇率中间价为：1美元=6.3392元人民币，因此2012年10月份进出口货物关税汇率将按1美元＝6.3392元人民币计算。望有进出口业务的棉花和纺织企业注意。（2012年9月份为6.3482）
