2012年以来，受外需不振、内需趋缓及国内外棉花价差不断拉大等因素影响，纺织工业延续了去年以来的经济增长减速态势，生产、出口、投资等主要经济指标增速均持续放缓，效益有所下滑。

　　中国纺织工业联合会副秘书长孙淮滨介绍，今年前7月，纺织行业生产增速持续放缓，全国3.7万户规模以上纺织企业累计实现工业总产值31467.1亿元，同比增长10.9%，增速较上年同期下降18.8个百分点，较今年一季度下降3.8个百分点。

　　内销与出口也不乐观。1-7月，规模以上纺织企业内销产值为25770.3亿元，同比增长12.5%，较上年同期下降20.3个百分点；我国共出口纺织品服装1415.8亿美元，同比仅增长0.3%，较上年同期下降25个百分点。如扣除价格上涨因素，纺织行业实际出口数量负增长，1-7月我国纺织品服装出口价格同比提高2.9%，出口数量同比减少2.5%，较上年同期下降5个百分点。

　　由于外部不利因素作用集中，企业发展压力过大，行业效益较上年同期有所下滑，棉纺、化纤行业利润均呈负增长态势。1-6月，规模以上纺织企业利润总额达到1147.9亿元，同比下降1.9%，增速低于上年同期43.2个百分点；销售利润率为4.5%，同比下降0.5个百分点。企业亏损面为18.4%，亏损企业亏损额同比增加124.1%。

　　孙淮滨表示，目前棉价困扰行业发展的问题仍然突出。截至8月中旬，国内棉价比国际市场每吨已高出5000多元，价差较年初扩大67%，造成我国棉纺产业链竞争力严重下降，企业效益恶化。根据市场供需情况预计，近期国内外棉花价差难以通过市场调节明显缩小，加之国内新一轮的棉花临时收储政策即将启动，内外棉价差问题仍将存在，仍然是影响纺织行业运行的首要因素。

　　"纺织企业用工等生产要素成本持续提高，企业融资难融资贵问题仍未彻底解决，上半年规模以上企业利息支出同比增长29.5%，高于同期主营业务收入增速19.8个百分点。加上外需持续低迷、原料价格波动等因素，总体上看，当前行业经济运行仍然面临诸多风险，进一步深化产业结构调整，加快转变发展方式，从根源上化解各种外在风险，仍是全行业面临的根本任务。"孙淮滨说。
