美国国会众议院情报委员会发表调查报告（简称“报告”）称，我国华为和中兴两家公司对美国国家安全构成威胁，建议阻止这两家企业在美开展投资贸易活动。对此，中国计算机学会（CCF）今天发表声明，对两家会员单位在美国遭到的不公正待遇表示严重关切，建议我国有关方面必要时对美国实施的这种贸易保护主义行为采取反制措施。
