　　1、最低投标量为100吨，最高投标量按企业2009-2011年平均年出口及供货数量分档，具体分档方案如下：

　　将所有投标企业的投标价格由高到低进行排序，按照排序先后累计投标企业的投标数量，当累计投标数量与招标总量相等时，计入累计投标总量（即招标总量）的企业，即为中标企业。

　　本次招标将于2012年10月24日10：00开标，次日在中国国际电子商务网上公布初步中标结果。投标企业如有疑问，可于10月25日15：00前向招标办公室提出。10月26日起，各投标企业可通过中国国际电子商务网查询经招标委员会审核正式公布的企业中标情况。招标办公室不再向各企业发放书面《中标通知书》。
