据英国广播公司（BBC）11月8日报道，欧盟和十个拉丁美洲国家在世贸总部签署协议，宣告长达20年的“香蕉国际贸易战”正式结束。

　　世界贸易组织总干事帕斯卡尔?拉米（Pascal Lamy）称，这是一个真正的历史性时刻。拉米说：“经过这么多转折，这些复杂且引发政治争议的争端终于得以解决。”

The world trade organization (wto) director-general PASCAL?lam(Pascal LAMY)says,This is really a historic moment.Lam said:"After so many turning,These complex and cause political controversy to solve dispute finally."

　　据报道，拉丁美洲香蕉出口国长期以来都在抗议欧盟设定关税，以保护在非洲和加勒比海地区的小规模香蕉种植者。

According to the report,Latin America banana exporters have long been in protest against the European Union set tariff,In order to protect in Africa and the Caribbean small banana growers.

　　欧盟于2009年同意逐渐降低对拉丁美洲进口香蕉的关税。   

The European Union in 2009 agreed to gradually decrease in Latin America import tariffs on banana.
