汇丰银行总经理冯婉眉出席巴黎欧洲金融论坛时表示，人民币使用目前可分为三部份，在贸易货币方面，现在欧美结算占比少於4%，在新加坡则已升至40%，而人民币贸易结算的基础建设已完成，无实行的障碍。她相信，在2017-20年，中国的贸易额占全球比重可升至两成，较现时的一成比例翻一番。而在贸易结算上，人民币使用仍有很大潜力。
